Strict No-Refund Policy
All fees paid to Infinity Classes are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Once admission is completed, refunds will not be provided for reasons such as change of school, relocation, lack of interest, academic pressure, discontinuation, attendance issues, or personal reasons. Resources and planning are allocated in advance, making refunds impossible.
Admission Cancellation Terms
Students may choose to cancel their admission at any time, but cancellation does not entitle them to any form of refund. All financial commitments made during admission remain applicable.
Study Material Refund Policy
Study materials including books, notes, and digital resources, once issued, cannot be returned or refunded. These are considered consumed resources once handed over to the student.
Workshops & Special Program Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if a workshop or special session is cancelled by Infinity Classes. Students will not receive refunds for personal absence, failure to attend, or last-minute withdrawal from such programs.
Legal Jurisdiction Clause
All disputes or disagreements between the student, parent, and Infinity Classes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra (or another location if you specify).
